Here is the traditional recipe of pico de gallo, a Mexican sauce that is very easy to prepare and should be served as an antipasto.
2 medium-size tomatoes
1 white onion
1 green hot pepper
2 spoonful of lime juice
extra virgin olive oil
Wash the tomatoes and clean the onion. Dice them and mince the green chili pepper.
Crush the salt. Combine all the ingredients. Let them rest for 20 minutes.
Serve the Mexican sauce as an antipasto.
