Preheat the oven at 190°C. Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with sugar. Season with salt, pepper, chili pepper and oil. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked and the sugar is melted.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
