125 ml of milk

125 ml of water

Preparation

Heat the water in a small pot. When it is boiling, add the oat flakes and let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes.

When the oat flakes have completely absorbed the water, put the pot over low heat, add the milk, stirring as often as you can.

Cook until creamy or runny, depending on how you prefer it. Put it in a cup, add a pinch of cinnamon, seasonal fruit and a teaspoonful of honey or maple syrup, if you want. Serve warm.
