Muesli bars with dried fruits are a healthy and quick-to-prepare snack.
Ingredients for muesli bars with dried fruit
3 cups of rye or oat flakes
1 cup of oat bran
1 cup of mixed nuts
1 cup of mixed dried fruits
1 teaspoonful of honey
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
Preheat the oven at 180°C. Cover a small baking pan with greaseproof paper. Slightly beat the eggs and combine all the liquid ingredients: eggs, honey and milk.
In another container coarsely mix the dry ingredients: rye flakes, oat bran, dried fruits and cinnamon.
Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones and mix until smooth. Put the mixture in the pan and even it with the back of a spoon. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Once cooked, put aside and let it cool. When it is cold, cut into rectangles and serve.
