Crunchy chickpeas

Baked crunchy chickpeas are easy to prepare and perfect as a starter.




400 g of cooked chickpeas

4 spoonful of extra virgin olive oil

1 spoonful of paprika

salt and pepper

Preheat the oven at 200°C. Put the cooked chickpeas in a big bowl. Season with oil, paprika, salt and pepper and mix carefully. Place the chickpeas consistently in a tray covered with greaseproof paper. Cover until golden brown and crunchy for about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve them hot.
