Fruit and quinoa salad

The fruit and quinoa salad is good for breakfast or as a snack in the afternoon.


Ingredients for four servings

2 spoonful of quinoa

300 g of seasonal fresh fruits

Boil the quinoa. Dice the seasonal fruits.
When the quiinoa is ready, let it cool down.
Mix all ingredients. Add a few leaves of fresh mint and serve the fruit and quinoa salad.
