Biscuits with walnuts

Crunchy outside and soft inside these biscuits with walnuts are perfect in every moment of the day.

Ingredients for biscuits with walnuts

400 g of spelt flour

80 g of sugar

80 g of shelled walnuts

50 ml of olive oil

70 ml of oat milk

2 eggs

1 teaspoonful of baking powder

 Preparation

Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add the oil and milk and keep on stirring until smooth.

Coarsely break the walnuts into small pieces with your hands. Add the flour, baking powder, broken walnuts and mix with all the ingredients. 
Create the biscuits with two spoons and place the mixture on a baking pan covered with greaseproof paper.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
