Ingredients to prepare tzaztiki
600 g of natural Greek yogurt (compact)
1 or more cloves of garlic, according to taste
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
Peel, grate, salt cucumber and let them rest for 15 minutes. Then, whip them with garlic, oil and vinegar. Add yogurt to the mixture, salt and let it cool in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
Tzatziki with nuts or almonds and peeled and minced hazelnuts can be a tasty alternative.
