The buckwheat, chickpeas and green beans salad is a tasty alternative to the traditional rice salad

Ingredients for 2 persons

80 g of buckwheat

100 g of chickpeas

80 g of green beans

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

salt, pepper and oil

Cook buckwheat and chickpeas separetely and respecting the cooking times indicated on the packages. Wash and steam green beans.

Once they are cooked, cut the green beans into little pieces, mix with buckwheat and chickpeas and add salt, pepper, oil and sesame seeds. Serve the salad cold.
