French toast

Ideal for breakfast or brunch, the French toast can be also made with loaves of stale bread.

Ingredients for 2 people

2 eggs

4 spoons of milk

4 loaves of bread

olive oil

Whip eggs and milk in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture. Soak the loaves of bread in the mixture.  Brush a pan with olive oil and cook the French toasts until they brown on both sides.

Serve with fresh seasonal fruit, icing sugar, maple syrup or honey.
