Turmeric is available pure in powdered form or mixed with other spices in curry. In some natural grocers you can buy fresh roots, which are very tasty and rich in beneficial properties. You can use it fresh or powdered as any other spices to flavor some other food. We suggest to add a pinch of turmeric on the rice at the end of cooking, or mix it with good fresh cheese. It will be healthy and flavoury.
